Currently, I offer Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to help people who have experienced trauma and/or addiction. I also currently teach gentle yoga and vinyasa yoga, over Zoom and in-person at several locations in the south Bay Area. Meditation
I'm currently teaching a weekly Friday meditation class to cancer survivors via Cancer CAREpoint, please see their website if you wish to register. All classes are offered freely to clients. By summer or autumn of 2022, I will be able to offer the 6-week UCLA MAPs meditation curriculum to anyone who is interested.
